EYF works with a curriculum in partnership with International Christian Youthworks - ICY Africa, which Junior and Senior High School students go through for a year and receive a diploma or certificate upon completion from Springdale College in UK. EYF-ICY program began in January, 2021, at the Methodist High Senior Sec-ondary School in Saltpond in the Central Region of Ghana. The program began with 15 students in the green batch and 9 students in the gold batch. The goal of EYF is to spread this program in every SHS in Ghana over the next 10 years

Mission: EYF exists to provide tools, resources, and a conducive environment to youth, that en-courage and inspire self-actualization, purposefulness, problem solving mentality, innovation, positive peer influence, and positive change in schools and communities.

Vision: EYF seeks to have a world where EVERY YOUTH is able to lead self, peer, community trans-formation, and Godly Impact.
