Camp Ignite

The success of the first Change Agents Camp (CAC) and the potential identified to bring real transformation among the youth led to the addition of a Camp for graduates from Junior High School (JHS) and Senior High Schools (SHS). This camp primarily seeks to prepare the graduates for the next phase of life (SHS for JHS graduates and Tertiary education for SHS graduates) and follows the same objectives as the CAC

The camp is set up with the following objectives:

Spiritual Emphasis

The camp seeks to set a strong foundation for personal spiritual growth in the graduates, to help them face life in the new environment they will find themselves

Youth Empowerment

The camp seeks to empower youth by giving them the information and skills they need to excel and succeed in their new environment

Problem Solving Development

Participants are equipped with resources and skills that enables them solve problems in their immediate environments

Transformational Leaders

The camp focuses on raising the next generation of Transformational leaders, who will make a positive impact on their peers and schools and the new communities they will find themselves


Camp Program:

Spiritual Emphasis

Dawn Prayers, Worship, Discipleship, Devotion & Christian teachings

Youth Empowerment

Talk on becoming global citizenship, Dealing with failure, Workshops on Career Guidance, Presentations skills

Problem Solving Development

Coding, Experiential Games, Team work in projects, Entrepreneurial training

Transformational Leadership

Lectures on leadership and influence, opportunities for leadership in teams (during games and group assignments) and Entrepreneurial projects that are carried out after the camps
